canaries
Our Canariensis are produced in the same rich heavy soils that our entire inventory is grown in at our farm near Alvin Texas. When thinking of these palms, the operative word is “Fat”. Fat lush canopies and big fat trunks that combine to create the most powerful palm tree aesthetics obtainable. These beautiful beasts have been slow-grown from seed that was harvested from 50 year old canaries that are living in an area where hard freezes periodically occur and where Phytoplasma disease is known to exist, but hasn’t infected the parents.
